Renewal Home Services did an excellent job installing carpet at one of my properties. Alex was great to work with and I was very pleased with the overall service and how smoothly everything went. They were professional, got the job done super fast (in just a few hours) and made the whole process pretty easy for me. The finished carpet looks great. We originally reached out to Renewal Home Services to get a quote on updating our flooring from carpet to LVP. Colton was extremely responsive and respectful and provided a quote within 24 hours. During our research for the carpet project, we had a toilet issue on the main floor that led to mold in the sub flooring and bathroom basement. We used a restoration company to complete the demolition and remediation; however they do not complete repair work. We decided to reach out to Colton again after reaching out to other companies and Colton again was extremely responsive and had a quote to us quicker than the other companies. We decided to move forward with Renewal Home Services after getting all the quotes back and ended up having his team complete the repair work along with the carpet update. Colton’s team was efficient and respectful and completed everything within the quoted timeline. We will definitely be using this team again for future projects!
