Renewal Renovation and Remodel

After using our new shower for a month now, we couldn’t be happier. From the quote to the finished product, Matt and crew were professional. A little glitch was handled quickly, and we were happy that it didn’t stop progress. Sharing pictures of the new shower online garnered many compliments.

Customer service is top notch! Owner Matt and sales, Greg helped us design a shower/tub combo with fixtures we love. They offered suggestions but also allowed us to pick fixtures that we wanted and not from just one catalog. This allowed me to design the bathroom I really wanted! Jessie and his team were always on time, kept things clean and neat throughout the areas they worked in and had great communication with me throughout the whole project. We are already planning another project with Matt and his team!

Matt was super professional all the way through the process, from signing the contract at a fair and agreed on price that fit my budget all the way through completion of the job in a little over 2 weeks. My concerns over some drywall seams that were showing after painting were met with a willingness to fix the problem. He made things right even though it delayed him by a couple of days after fixing and repainting with a different kind of paint. He fixed another issue we had with doorknobs and hinge coloring without any problems at all and was totally professional about it all. And his entire crew was just great, answering all my questions and concerns every time I had one. They never acted annoyed with me looking over their shoulders. Chris even helped me move my couch and organ back into the room which saved my bad back. I would recommend Renewal Renovations to anyone looking for quality job at a fair price.

Renewal went above and beyond for our project. There were a ton of complications due to how our house was built (back in the 60s) but Chris at renewal worked for 9 days straight to get it done as soon as possible, and we weren’t charged anything more for the extra time. The shower looks awesome and we are very happy.

We hired Renewal, Renovation and Remodel for our basement finish (approximately 1K sq feet) and we couldn’t be happier. Mr. Matt, his wonderful wife and their team did an amazing job! Our basement finish consisted of a living room, bedroom, full bath, pantry, hallway and laundry area. As a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer, my expectations were high and let me tell you, Matt delivered! He is a man of his word, he is thorough, he knows what he is doing, he pays attention to detail and he gets the job done right! If it is not right, he will fix it to ensure it is right. Matt and his team went above and beyond to make our dream home come true. The completely remodeled the entire inside including, kitchen, bathrooms, painting and even finishing the basement. Thank you for for all of your hardwork. We will absolutely use them again!

Tom and Jared the team that was sent to complete my bathroom remodel and flooring project were fantastic. They completely remodeled two bathrooms and put flooring through the kitchen, living room and front hallway. I also had them paint those rooms as well. They were meticulous in making sure everything was done perfectly and Tom and Jared were friendly, honest and hard-working.The finished product looks great. I would definitely hire them again.

I am happy with the job that was done. They did a full basement remodel. Added a full bathroom to my first floor. Put new flooring down on the first floor and turned a half bath into a closet.

The crew painted my house exterior trim, railings, columns, and foundation. They did an excellent job and provided logical and experience driven insight to make the project results better. The scheduling portion of the project was relaxed and flexible. I would highly recommend this team!

Owner Matt did a phenomenal job. He stayed with us and was patient until we were 100% satisfied with the job. Easy to work with, flexible with changes or additions to the job and truly made sure it was done well. We opted to finish some of the things ourselves (like painting) but can’t wait to enjoy this new bathroom!

They redid our second floor, including have to rework plumbing and electricity throughout. The job went smoothly and things looked great!

Arrived on time . Job was done well and they cleaned up after. Also, their price was the best estimate by a few hundred dollars. I would recommend and will probably be using their service for another home project in the future.
