Logan L, Dawson G, Ryan S, and Luis Choto are a terrific and professional team. They seemed to like working together. When a problem arose they found a solution and communicated their suggestions to us. The carpentry work is beautiful. They finished the job in one day and their clean up was terrific. The installers arrived on time, they put down overs for the flooring, the large window was installed and sealed in a timely fashion

We want to thank Ali A and Chris L, for a professional job replacing some siding below one of my windows. Were are very pleased with the clean up and excellent job installing the siding.

John Michael's replaced the window screen and put back the sliding patio door handle (stripped nuts from factory).

Vince C., Miguel S., and Manny G. did an outstanding job installing our door. They were professional, friendly, and efficient, and the installation was completed perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything worked properly, and paid attention to every detail. I highly recommend this team!

The installation of the windows from start to finish was very good. The installers, Micah Roberts, Luis Gonzales and Daniel Frederickson were considerate, friendly, and very professional. Everything went well and the windows look great and work well.

We live in Kent wa and contacted Renewal by Anderson to give us a price on replacing 4 windows and a sliding glass door. We were impressed with the sales rep and ordered. The installers RJ, Jason and Leo came out yesterday and removed old windows and door and installed the replacements in one day! ( we were told it would take 2 days) . They were efficient, clean and the craftsmanship is very impressive. We recommend this company and give all of them 5 stars!!!

Anthony White and Scott Bucher were fantastic! Very considerate of my garden plants which were in the way! Notified me with any concerns and helped walk me through every step of the process!

Attention to detail Excellent clean up

If I could give them more than five stars I would. They replaced seven windows and a sliding glass door in one and a half days. The work was flawless, they had to do several repairs due to our house being built in the 1930's, and having poor upkeep. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. The value of the products and 20 year warranty far outweigh the cost of the products. The smart glass and sound canceling of the windows is by far the best I have ever experienced.

This was our second project with Renewal by Andersen. From the estimate to wrapping up the install the entire Renewal by Andersen team was fantastic - quick to respond, punctual, polite, considerate, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, highly efficient and skilled. Luis Guzman and Emilio Gonzalez came out for some warranty work on a window that Renewal installed a while back. Both were very professional. Both answered all of my questions. Both were extremely efficient in the work they were doing. Both kept me informed throughout the entire process. On top of all that, both went above and beyond the scope of the job to ensure that we were satisfied with the end result. I would have been happy with the window being replaced, but the additional steps that were taken to minimize the likelihood of the problem happening again, shows how much they care about the work they’re doing and the products they’re supporting. I can’t imagine customer service being any better than the experience I just had. I can’t thank these guys enough.
