John was awesome. We purchased some windows and due to a flaw it had to be repaired . He got right on it and kept good company vocation with us and was pleasant and professional definitely recommend him .

We purchased and had windows installed about two years ago, and just had two more installed yesterday to finish the project at our home, 5 miles south of Spangle, WA. Our installers this time, Micah Roberts and Luis Gonzalez, were excellent. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. They kept the work area clean, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The new windows look fantastic, fit perfectly, and operate smoothly — just like the ones from two years ago. It’s clear why we came back to the same company. The quality of both the product and the installation is consistently top-notch. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen (and specifically Micah and Luis) to anyone looking for new windows in Eastern Washington. Thank you for the great work again!

The installers of David A, Austin K, Manuel G, and Alex G worked well together and were respectful of my home. They replaced 11 windows in 2 days. They removed the old casings and installed new ones as needed and made all the windows look the same. The finished look was a lot better than what I had. I am very pleased with the work.

We had two entry doors replaced, the design process was simple and the team made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The installation crew was great, thanks to Marc M, Emilio G, Luis G, and Luis C for the hard work getting those installed in just a single day!

We worked with Renewal by Anderson to replace our first floor windows - a mix 5 fixed (picture) windows across the front of the house and double-hung windows in the living room, bedroom and bathrooms. Working with this company has been great every step of the process. We especially appreciate the installation team - Ryan P., Bama, Dylan K. & Igor. They worked efficiently, were never intrusive, and were extremely tidy. We also want to thank our project manager Elisa Amos who has been extremely helpful during the installation process.

This review is for the installation crew for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors. On March 23 and 24, 2026, Anthony White and his crew, Scott Buchery, Evan Conwell and Austin Avery, arrived to install our windows and doors. The crew was very polite, offered to wear shoe covers and asked before using our ?facilities?. They worked efficiently and quietly. It was clear they were experienced with installation and function of each product. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and addressed. There was damage to/issues with some of our products and when it was brought up, Anthony was already aware and assured us it would be noted in his after install report and taken care of. The Crew cleaned up any mess and hauled away trash and debris at the end of both install days. At the end of the second install day, they ensured windows and doors were clean and functioning properly. Anthony also took time to go over each product and discuss proper function and maintenance.

Justin L and Chris K of Renewal By Andersen installed four new windows in my home today, and the uplift for my home is remarkable. They installed a large picture window in the front of my house, leaving a beautiful window and everything neat around it. The lavender bushes beneath the window didn't fare too well, though Justin and Chris did try to step over them, but they can easily be nurtured back or replaced. The prep for the job was impressive, with a padded walkway through the house covered with plastic, plastic sheeting covering nearby furniture, and even a plastic wall set up to protect the inside of the kitchen and the inside of the living room from any dust from the removal of the old windows. The Renewal staff has been excellent from the start of the job to the installation today. Justin and Chris were very pleasant to work with, quiet, friendly, respectful, working hard from 8:30 to 5:30 and doing an excellent job.

We were so pleased with the work Renewal by Andersen did for us. From the moment Dustin, Marshall, and Daniel got here everything was so smooth. They worked so quickly and efficiently. Dustin kept us up to date on how the project was going. They finished so quickly and the mess was so minimal and the guys made sure to clean up and the house was just like it was before they arrived. We look forward to the next phase of our project.

Taylor R and Brandon B installed our new windows. They were both friendly and professional and did an outstanding job. They protected the floors with runners and hung plastic to keep the dust down. Their cleanup was excellent. Highly recommend.

RJC and Jason did better than just good work. Professional, skilled, fast and yet careful. Also willing to answer all questions and happy to let us keep stuff or take it away. Worked steadily from about 8:30 AM to 8 PM - and they cleared up every little bit afterwards AND cleaned the windows they had just installed. Excellent experience. Thanks, guys.

Taylor R and Brandon B did a nice job putting in a great looking sliding door. They made not only the door but the surrounding structure look good, And stayed late to address our concerns and feedback.

Wonderful experience from first contact through installation. The installation crew, Henry, Miguel and Damian were on time, worked efficiently and made themselves available for questions. Ryan and Dave did a great job installing my windows. Ryan was especially adept at addressing the irregularities of my window dimensions. He even cut my window trims to match those throughout the house. They also repaired some dry rot in order to insure a stable foundation for the new windows.

Both Anthony White and Scott Bucher did well on our new windows! They had great attitudes the whole time, helped keep me up to date the whole project, and were overall very nice people! I am extremely satisfied with how our new windows turned out.
