Stephen A., Isaac A., and Logan V. were great, they installed 21 Windows in this ancient home and one new Slider (and it truly slides beautifully) - the process was great, the men were focused, professional, and tried not to impact the activity in the house - their set-up and tear-down was efficient and clean - and all our questions were answered.

3-5 New Window Installation
Levi Wilson, Bob Heimark,Grant Armament, and Austin Miller did an amazing job putting in our new windows. They layed runways on my floor and covered old windows in plastic to keep out dust and bugs. And vacuumed when they were done. Our windows are beautiful. Thank you for the great job you all did. Karen Tinklenberg

Installation of the windows went perfectly. Drake B and Derick L. They treated my home as their own. The little bit of mess they created was cleaned before I was aware of it. New windows are fantastic. Entire process has been painless. 10/10

Nate and Jordan with Three Nails Contracting were my installers. They were both professional and kind. It was clear they have a passion for getting the job done right. They treated my home like their own, regularly asking for my preferences during the installation. RBA teams have all had great professionalism and communication. I have never once not known what was happening and when. Highly recommend RBA and especially Nate and Jordan with Three Nails Contracting.

We had two new doors plus one storm door installed. Our installers Levi Wilson and Bob Heimark were great. Very professional job and after they were done you couldn’t tell they’d been here except for the fact that we had new doors. Overall we are very satisfied with whole experience from purchase to installation.

3-5 New Window Installation
Our experience with Renewal by Andersen was outstanding, thanks in large part to our installation team, Levi Wilson and Bob Heimark. If I could give Levi and Bob 10 out of 5 stars, I would! They were professional, courteous, friendly, and a pleasure to have in our home. They were also incredibly patient and flexible with our dogs, making the entire process much less stressful. Their workmanship was meticulous. Every window and our front door were installed with exceptional attention to detail. They kept the work area clean throughout the project and left everything spotless when they finished. We also had Renewal by Andersen windows installed in 2020. That crew did a good job, but Levi Wilson and Bob Heimark set a new standard for excellence. If you're considering Renewal by Andersen, I highly recommend them for their exceptional products—and if you can, request Levi Wilson and Bob Heimark. They're the best!

3-5 New Window Installation
Levi W, Bob H and Jason W were great. Very conscientious. Very efficient. Knew what they were doing. Went really well. Went from a single door with side lights (first image) to double french door. We love it. We went with the forest green. The frame where it’s cut at the angle shows some white seaming. One of the handles was not working from the factory. Clearly it is painted before the cuts. And the handle not working. Which for the price… we expected absolute perfection 🤔. But the installers were lovely - not their fault
Response from Renewal by Andersen of Boise
"First, thank you for taking the time to leave a review?customer feedback, both positive and negative, is very important to us. I am happy that you found our installers to be an asset. But I?m sorry you didn?t walk away feeling that way about the *entire* experience. Please give us a call so we can review your project and work on a resolution!"

Really did not believe the difference new Anderson windows were going to make. The quiet new windows created. It’s summer now so not sure if heat retention but so far the investment is well worth the cost! Our installers Drake B and Derick C were professional and very considerate of our home. They worked non stop and showed great experience and confidence in their skills. No question a trued improvement to the home!
