Trey Kelly and Nathan Wilson were my installers. They were very clean in protecting my floors , placing mats to walk on. Quick with the removal of the old windows and placement of the new with a very pleasing end result. They cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant. I'm totally happy with my new windows. Took way less time than was projected.

I love my new windows and door! Jason and Hugo did an amazing job and I felt really well cared for while they were here. The quality of work was outstanding. Jason did the first phase of my project as well. I wanted the best and asked for him and his crew. There was an adjustment needed recently and TJ was fabulous. Came in, saw the issue and corrected it perfectly. I love the people who work for RBA. The office staff, Khrys and Kenzie and Brian my design consultant. Just fabulous people and wonderful to work with. I wish I had more windows so they could all come out again!

The service was impressive. My installers Beau Witucki, Anthony Vielma and Ryan Smith were knowledgeable and did impeccable work replacing two 40 year old windows in my mountain home. They were on time and very personable. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Our installation guys Nathan Wilson and Trey Kelly were awesome and did a stand up job. Working through bad weather to make sure the job was done. Late to insure done correctly and that we understand how the window operated. They insured we understood the paperwork portion of RBA. When our next set of windows will be replaced we will request them by name.

The installers Beau Witucki, Anthony Vielma, & Patrick Needham did a great job! Not only did they install the windows beautifully but they cleaned up after themselves! They also showed us how to open & close our new windows & told us how to keep them clean & what products to use on them!! They were all very friendly & willing to answer all our questions! We had all our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen of Boise in 2022. I noticed a small leak in one of them and called for a technician to come take a look at it. TJ was amazing as was the rest of the team I dealt with. We were scheduled immediately and had it fixed. Everyone is professional, courteous and on time. Trey K and Nathan W did a wonderful job installing 9 new windows.. They were precise and knowledgeable. Both men answered my questions and before leaving, they showed me the functions of the windows. I have 1 more window and a French sliding door to be installed for next month. Iâ  m very excited to get those done and to have Trey and Nathan to install them. Right now, my husband and I have notice a difference in clarity, noise deduction; and no cold air (heat staying in the house). Thank you!!
