Love my new windows and so pleased with the service I received from everyone at Andersen. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The windows are beautiful and really added to my home's curb appeal! I want to give a special shout out to my installers Carter F. and Matt U. Carter had to replace a huge sill and trim in my 1920's house and he did a beautiful job. They were so professional. Nothing went wrong. Left no mess; did no damage to plants, etc. outside or inside the house. Highly recommend.

The entire Renewal by Andersen team was fantastic to work with. Scott L was our design consultant and was knowledgeable and took quite a bit of time to go over their window benefits vs standard vinyl windows. Yessenia was a great project manager and kept in touch with us about where our windows were in the process and when the project would be complete. Tyler J and Nathan W were our installers and were extremely efficient and professional and did a fantastic job installing our windows and ensuring we were happy with the installation. When we complete an upcoming remodel, we will not hesitate to use Renewal by Andersen again.

We got the window and sliding door with Renewal by Andersen and we love it so much! i was really worried if i was overpaying for what i got but it makes so much difference to our house and worth every penny!! larry and Thomas came to install both window and sliding door and they made sure i was satisfied with there work. Tyler J and Nathan W arrived on time, masked, very polite, applied floor covering, shoe covers, extremely neat workers, explained everything they were to do, and were very efficient and neat. From start to finish the project manager was very helpful and willing in one instance to fix a problem that occurred during the contract negotiations. The installers were amazing and being home all day I watched them install two large windows (1200/600 lbs apiece) and add all the molding. One window was done incorrectly but the installer had no problem removing it and starting over. Super thrilled with my new beautiful windows!

We had 9 windows replaced in an outstanding manner. Removal and replacement was exceptionally clean, very little need for clean up inside the rooms by the crews. Outside, extreme care for plants and stone walkways was taken with no damage to any. New windows were installed with extra metal wrap around them. All the corners are perfect, every window looks like a single piece frame. Great job by professionals, complied with in two days. A complete window operational use review was completed after the installation with Team Lead Jared B. Thank you Team Lead Jared B and crew Chris L, Mike R, Team Ryan B and Jeremy F, my wife Michelle and I are very happy with our new windows!

Jared B was a great lead, he guided his crew with patience and job knowledge. His window installation and metal wrap work a picture of perfection Chris L was a steady and actuate worker, his outside caulking clean and precise, his metal wrap corners (trained by Jared) were as close to perfection as one can get. Mike R always had a smile and kind word, a hard worker doing a bit of everything, you can't tell that 5 different people worked on this project, it's all the same high quality. Ryan B precision and attention to detail made the picture window install a work of art, and his caulking tips will help me in the future. Jeremy F is a measuring and cutting expert, amazing job on the picture window. The picture windows were a real challenge to install and they made it look better than before. The out appearance of our home looks so clean and refreshed, the inside so bright and new. I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

This is my first experience with Renewal by Anderson of Washington. I had five of seven widows installed today and they look great. Fernando G. and Darius A. were the installers and the did a great job. Both were very professional, kept a very tidy work area and cleaned up when the left. They walked me through the operations of the windows and answered any questions I had. They delivered top quality work!

This is my second time purchasing windows with Renewal by Andersen of Washington. I was so pleased with the quality of the windows and service from my last purchase that I called the same sales representative Tyler P. to do another job. Today's installation work on 4 windows was done by Larry T. and Thomas B. They were very professional and did an excellent job and clean-up. They worked efficiently and completed the job 3 stories up from the inside due to uneven footing for a ladder outside in 8 hours. Kevin, the project manager was great in communicating about scheduling. This is a very competent company that I will continue to use when needed.

The initial walk through and explanation of costs was well done. The casing measurements were slightly incorrect so new casing had to be ordered. One window didn't arrive with the others so there was a weeks delay in complete installation. These replaced older Anderson windows and we're not sure they are of the same quality but time will tell. They are attractive windows. Somewhat of a pain having to stain the inside and paint the outside trim.

Overall the new windows are an upgrade from the ten-year old tract housing windows being replaced. The workers, Gabriel Godinet and Tyler Burns, performed the installations well. Gabriel ran the crew well and he made needed adjustments when dealing with the sliding door. He communicated well. They waited for my wife and I to return to do the final inspection and to guide us through the operation of the various features of the windows. When I pointed out the issues noted below, the two stayed to fix them at personal inconvenience. There were several items that could be improved with the whole process from measurements to fabrication to installation. 1. Three different people performed measurements of the window openings. The sales person did the first. The official measurement team did their measurements and criticized the sales person for not getting the measurements correct. The installers noted a slight discrepancy in measurements from the official measurers. Seems like there is infighting between groups and there is not consistent training on measurement requirements for the next stage. 2. The first thing I noticed on the oak wood trim was the frayed edges at many joints on most of the window. The strands were plainly visible. A. This points to poor inspection practices during the manufacture process. They are setting up the next stage with a problem to deal with. B. There were also several places that had dried caulk or glue on the boards. Again, these should have been caught before the product got to the field. 3. The two items above point to training and management issues and possibly culture issues that lead to decline in the product and the service. As a customer I want the company to survive and improve. A. Management does not seem to bee aware of the product defects. They should be highlighting the issues to the installers for the installers to address before the customer becomes aware. B. Product inspection issue makes me wonder if there are unseen defects waiting to pop out.

One thing we appreciated was a thorough walk-through before and after. Another was the prep and cleanup…like the deconstruction and activities (through a rainy day) never happened.
