Renewed Roofing will be our roofer forever without a doubt. Right when the mega hail storm hit Keller my roof started to leak. I called Renewed Roofing at 12am when my roof started to leak as they said they were open 24 hours and offered emergency services. Hayden, one of his team members and about 10 guys from his roofing crew were all out to my property in the matter of 30 minutes. Hayden and his team tarped my entire roof in the pouring rain as many leaks were coming in and it was very difficult to pin point all of the areas it was coming in from. After my roof many neighbors started coming out and asking him to do the same. When I left my house at about 9am the next morning I was driving through the neighborhood looking at all the damage and I stumbled across Hayden and his team at Renewed Roof still tarping roofs. Fast forward to a couple days later, Hayden met with my insurance adjuster and the adjuster literally kept trying to tell me half my damaged property was previously damaged. Hayden went above and beyond to get everything included that was damaged. After about a week I got my check and signed the contract with Hayden. Through the process of picking material and color Hayden showed us many different styles of roofs and different brands and gave his opinion on each and let us decide for ourselves rather than telling us what we were going to use. A few days later Hayden had his crew out and installed the beautiful roof we have now and he very quickly had all of our windows, gutters, fence, personal property and our pool deck completed. Every crew he had out either Hayden or the project manager was on site to ensure that his crews were doing what he said they would. I highly recommend Renewed Roof and suggest you take their advice as my entire job went off without a hitch and was very easy to get through.

The only reason I gave a 4 for the money is because I have no clue about pricing. This was the first time I had such a repair. However, the representative that came out and accessed our situation was one of the most professional rep I have ever met. I would highly recommend this company and more so Hayden, who took care of us.
