The gentleman who resurfaced was professional and courteous.

Job was done professionally to my satisfaction.

While the service folks were very kind, the scheduling process seemed to get confused and I had to ask for things a few times from the office administrator. At first the reglazing work looked good, but once it dried and we were able to use the tub, we discovered the caulking was not complete and they had left a very rough surface on the bottom of the tub. After some initial resistance from the office administrator, they did send another team out to fix the job- which improved the finish on the tub but we still had to touch up the caulk ourselves once he was done.

Repaired a large spider crack in the rounded corner of our acrylic tub. "Vinny" did an amazing job and I cannot tell that the damage even occurred. He even airbrushed the paint to match the color. Impeccable craftsmanship and took much pride in his work. This was money very well spent! Far cheaper than whole tub replacement.

you recommended Renewed Surfaces Inc for my repair jobs. they did fabulous work. as a matter of fact, i was surprised how fabulous. the tech fixed a large crack and hole in my fiberglass shower stall plus a repair of a large chip in a porcelin bathtub. it's impossible to even see the original breakage, the surfaces are now smooth with perfect match of color. plus, the repair man never stopped working his tail off the entire time he was here, did the job in the estimated amount of time at the estimated cost, which i considered very fair. he cleaned up every bit of his mess and you would never know he was here. in short, i am completely satisfied and highly recommend Renewed Surfaces Inc. thank you.

Great Job! Better than buying a new bathtub and having it replaced, estimated at 3K. This only cost $500 and the tub looks new! Had a hole patched up and resurfaced

Excellent customer service, flexible and quick with scheduling. Very friendly, professional gentleman provided the service at my home. I was so happy he was very neat and used a tube to help keep the strong odor going out of the house. This was very helpful since my whole family has asthma and other allergies. Great service!

They did a great job resurfacing my tubs. My only issue was with obtaining a copy of the warranty. I had to request the information 3 times from their office before they provided this information. I would suggest the techs having multiple copies of the warranty/maintenance instructions at all times in their possession.

Returned my call quickly and had an appointment set up for a convenient time. The technician was courtious and effecient. He explained the process and at the end gave me a complimentary bottle of recommended cleanser. My only disappointment was that he didn't have any almond caulk with him so I was stuck with white caulk, but really it looks fine.
