Renken was great from start to finish. I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. They were prompt and excellent with customer service. I had a small issue that needed repair. Justin came right out and took care of it. Highly recommend

Dealing with Renken has been an absolute pleasure but the icing on the cake for us was their installer Mahadi. He was professional, extremely competent and respectful. He left our bathroom looking fabulous and completed the job in a timely manner. There were no touch ups needed, he made sure everything looked perfect. If we could give more than five stars we certainly would.

Mike, the installer did a GREAT job! He is very thorough and precise, and the room shows that! He kept the room very clean, even when taking out old tiles and tub!! Very minimal dust when I put room back together. AND I LOVE the shower, Thankyou.

I recently had Renken Remodeling come out to fix some loose shelves in the shower they installed, and once again they were fantastic to work with. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. The shelves are now completely secure, and everything looks brand new.

Friendly customer service, the experience was good all around.

Justin came to measure my bathroom for the remodel, he was on time very polite and knowledgeable about his work , he explained everything to me that was going to be done . pleasure to working with!

Justin deserves 5 stars. He was very polite and helpful. The technician who did the install forgot to silicone around the tub faucet, so we had a leak. He came back and fixed that but then the cap on the grab kept coming loose. Justin fixed that and also put an additional coating on the bottom of the tub because we felt it was quite slippery. While I feel overall the company is probably a 3, Justin deserves a 5.

Justin came out to measure our shower before the remodel. He went above and beyond in helping us brainstorm a final design while answering all our questions and concerns. He is a strong representative of the culture this company cultivates and so far has instilled a high level of confidence in us that the job will be done extremely well. We're looking forward to seeing it complete!

What a beautiful bathroom we have now! Renken Remodeling did an exceptional job! The quality of the work is exceptional. The whole process was easy and the crew (Dan, Javier, Justin, Roberto, etc.) and staff (Ethan, Mike, Eboni, etc.) did a wonderful job of staying on schedule and keeping us informed. They all were very professional, respectful, and courteous and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and will call on them again for future jobs.

Responsive and professional customer service! Our shower was installed by Renken and we couldn't be happier with the results. A year later, we had a minor service call and called Renken to help. Justin came by and was courteous, professional, and helped us resolve the issue with zero hassle.

He did a pretty great work, very communicative throughout the entire process.
