Shower Installation and Replacement
Pictures of their **work** are attached. Avoid this company at all costs. In addition to the product pictured, they did not acquire the permits required to do the work legally, and the person they sent... credentials are provided in picture form. See for yourself! They charged me over $13,000 for this! Yes... the pictures of splattered blobs of adhesive goop and the scrap wood shim are from inside the huge gap (pictured). This is truly an inside look at how this company seals their materials to the baseboard or whatever seems cheapest for them... At least in my house. I have to figure out how to post photos, they are pending.

At the time of your review, our team had only completed 50% of the project but was not granted access to complete the remainder of the work. And, it would appear from your photos that you have dismantled a portion of the work we had completed, and have since blocked us from reviewing the work done so far or finishing the project. We would like to remedy any concerns you have and provide you the final excellent product for which we are well known. We ask that you reach back out in response to our repeated attempts to contact you, so we may provide you a final install up to our standards."

The crew arrived on time and finished the project efficiently, and all in one day. Our guest bathroom looks really good; we have been receiving a lot of compliments on how everything turned out.
