The only positive thing I can say about this company, is the price was very low. (450 vs. 1600 from other vendors). Unfortunately, that price was made up for in the lack of quality and professionalism received. When we hired this company, at my own mis-judgement, I paid in full since the amount of work was so low, assuming this simple project would be completed shortly. Lesson learned, I will never again pay in full for a job until it is completed with satisfaction. This company had our money for months before finally coming to our home to install the gutter guards we purchased. I followed up with our sales rep several times, each time met with an excuse of rain and being backed up. I'm not completely ignorant to construction services and I do understand being backed up. However, I don't understand or accept a lack of communication. The gutter guards were finally installed on a day when were having other work completed at the house. I emailed that week specifically to ask that I receive an advanced notice so that we could sort around the vendors coming to the house. Next thing I know, with no notice or discussion, the workers are installing the gutter guards. I discussed with both our vendors working at that time, and everyone was able to work simultaneously, so the work continued. I thought this was finally done and we could move on. However, I noticed in the corner of the house, the rain was gushing off of the roof and, through an upstairs window, was able to see the gutter guard was installed upside down. I contacted our sales rep who said he would open a ticket and resolve the issue. Another six weeks and several follow-ups passed before anyone came to the house. When someone did come to the house, it was not to correct the issue, but it was our sales rep to make sure I had not mistaken the installation. These are gutter guards people, they are either correct or they aren't. I stood and watched the sales rep attempt to reach the gutter level with a 6' ladder. Why? I don't know. But that attempt ended with zero progress. After further discussing, the sales rep still did not believe as made obvious by his discussion on why the rain my be coming quickly off the roof. So, at that point, I had to invite him into my home, take him upstairs and look through the window. It was only then that he agreed the gutter guards were upside down. I was told at this time, again, that a ticket would be opened. The next week, I saw someone accessing the roof through my bathroom window, again, with no advanced notice. I just shrugged it off and was thankful the work was being taken care of. However, when I checked, the gutter guards were STILL installed upside down. After another discussion, another rep and another week, the gutter guards were finally corrected. In the end, the gutter guards are correct and they work as they should. But the customer service and lack of communication through this company is unacceptable and will never recei
