A big shout out to RenoDesign and the great job they did on our bathroom renovations. Crystal was a huge help with design choices and made the process feel easy. Bat, Nick, and the rest of the crew were amazing to work with. The bathrooms turned out truly showroom quality. Even when we made a few changes along the way, the team was patient and accommodating. I know that many people, like me, dread the idea of hiring a contractor—I feel I got very lucky to find RenoDesign. Crystal herself is professional, attentive, and charming. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately. My project, a small kitchen renovation, was modest in scale, but I believe RenoDesign is fully capable of delivering on the kind of big, luxury projects that are so popular in our area. We are sending kudos to Crystal and her team for doing a fantastic job with our upstairs guest bathroom. They were able to transform our 40 year old bathroom to a luxury bathroom, which includes a smart bidet toilet with all the bells and whistles. We are especially pleased with how this remodel seamlessly integrated a vanity we purchased years ago. The finished bathroom is truly amazing!! We hired RenoDesign to renovate two of our full bathrooms in our house and I cannot recommend them enough! With the help of Crystal all the way through Demo and the build process they did an exceptional job. They paid attention to detail and were able to finish the project quickly and smoothly. Crystal and her team are top-notch. Like many people, I dreaded the process of hiring a contractor. I am so glad I went with Crystal. She is responsive, professional and charming. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed immediately. The quality of the work was excellent. My particular job, a small kitchen renovation, might be of little interest to some of the very big firms that dominate this business in Northern Virginia. I would say that whatever the size of your job, Crystal and her team are more than able to give you exactly what you want. This goes for large luxury projects as well as more modest ones like mine. I am so pleased with my job that I sort of have to pinch myself when I look at the kitchen. It is so beautiful and such an incredible upgrade. I feel like I have about 50% more space than when I started. Beautiful work!!
