Miguel the contractor was very professional and timely. Project did run over by a day, but I was given the option of getting it down right or getting it down quickly. We got it done right, couldn't be happier. Alright got another project lined, and I will be in touch.

Renoâ  s team did a fantastic job! We are super happy with everything! They are reasonable and the quote I received didnâ  t change. I contracted with "Reno Renovation Corporation" for a major remodeling project, which included totally gutting and expanding the kitchen, removing and moving walls, (including external ones), , moving the front door and pouring a new sidewalk, installing new windows for the entire house, installing a new electrical panel, outlets and lights, refinishing the existing hardwood floors and installing them where they did not exist. The project took slightly over 3 months. Eric was easy to work with. He has a great eye for seeing both the big picture of what is possible, as well as the details of the finish work to make it look beautiful. He and all his staff and contractors were very respectful, friendly, and very skilled, hard workers. Every concern I had along the way was addressed to my satisfaction.

Lookout just finished my total remodel of my condo. They did an incredible job. Eric and his crew were easy to work with and all of them are experts at what they do. I am very happy!

I hired Eric in July of 2019 under the company name of 247 Renovation - yes he has two businesses which I know of. After hiring Eric and team on, it was a nerve racking, anxiety inducing experience from day one. To make a long story short because the details do not matter here, this company took my deposit of 30k and I have ZERO to show for it. And here I am 10 months later with no work done and 30k less in my budget and Erics subcontractors asking me to get paid. NIGHTMARE.

After several days of no one showing up to work and being 4 weeks behind schedule, and not following the approved blueprints submitted for our permits, Eric told us that phase 1 of 5 on our project was already over budget before it was even done and he would need more money. We had already given him 50%+ of his estimate. When we told him per our original agreement, he would not receive more money until completion of work, he told us he was putting a hold on all work for 3-4 weeks and would complete the project if weather permits that put us at mid-January. They put a large hole in our wall leading to our basement where an opening was supposed to be cut for a new door. After telling us they would not be back for 3-4 weeks, Mr. Wehling had some guys just slap a piece of plywood over it. There were large gaps where rats and mice could easily get into our house. We have asked several times for an itemized receipt for work completed as we believe we are owed a refund on the deposit we paid Mr. Wehling since phase 1 of 5 was not even completed. It seems Mr. Wehling may have under bid the job to get it and then was hoping to try and make up for it along the way.

We had Eric and his crew come out to do an Investment property of ours. 1st time using them and nothing but great things to say. As everyone knows its not a matter if but of when an issue will arise during a construction project. My big thing was how they handled it. Looking fwd to using on the next one!

We contacted Reno to quote a backyard project that included concrete work, landscaping and a new fence installation. At every step the Project Manager, Jesus, was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful. He guided the project to a speedy conclusion and made sure the work was done exactly to our satisfaction - and at a really high quality. Even when I was willing to overlook a small misunderstanding by the crew, Jesus insisted that they would re-do it exactly as we wanted - and then they did, very quickly. We saw progress every day and we were kept up to date too, which is sometimes even more important. We had them remove concrete, install new sidewalks, install a new fence and do some landscaping on our yard. For the landscaping they had helpful advice including a better water drainage approach that I had not thought of, and now water does not pool in our yard like it used to during heavy rains. For what it is worth, several of my neighbors asked for their information because they liked what they saw, and the crews were always really respectful of them. I am sure it was not their biggest job, but they always acted like we were a priority. I would highly recommend Reno and Jesus M. in particular.

They did a good job. Problems were addressed to our satisfaction. Good quality at a good price!

Hired to paint the entire interior of my home. Can only rate the work as adequate. During the time work was being done, neither the owner or his partner made an appearance in person to check on the work. The job took longer than expected because there was not a full crew most days. One day there were 4 people there, most days there were only 2 people there and 2 days there was only 1 person who showed up. The crew never arrived on time for me to make it to work on time and some nights they were there until after 8:00 PM.They worked on both my bedrooms and bathrooms at the same time so I had to sleep on the couch and take a shower at my sister's house for 9 days. Some spots in my house needed scrapping, caulking and sanding (mop boards, especially going up stairs, above my showers) that were just painted over so now I have painted chipped paint. Also did not fix a lot of dings in my walls, just painted over those areas which are visible under the paint. Also spilled paint on my driveway, which I was OK with because the workers told me they would fix that but it's been 8 weeks and has not been fixed. At this point I don't want them to fix the driveway but they did leave behind a 10 gallon container of latex paint which I have asked the owner, Eric Wehling, to have removed as it needs to be disposed of properly and I can't even lift it to take it for disposal. I have asked Eric 3 times to have it removed and received the same answer all 3 times: "We'll figure something out". Apparently he has no intention of having it picked up. It leads me to believe that customer service is not a priority for him. All around, very disappointing experience. UPDATE: He did come and pick up the container.

Really nice team. Friendly, evaluated the work and got right to it. Walked me thru the job when complete.

I needed my outdoor siding repaired and replaced in a hurry. Eric was helpful and the crew did a great job. When there was a cleanup needed, Eric came out himself and took care of it. I am happy with the job.

I hired Reno via a recommendation from Home Advisors and am very happy I did. The work crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. They did the job right! I am looking to hire Reno Renovation Corp. for future home projects. David A.

I'm always wary of reviews and can assure you this real. Reno's first priority is customer satisfaction. We had extensive concrete dust in the basement due to needing new drain tiles put it around the whole basement perimeter (several feet of concrete needed to be jackhammered out first). Reno came and promptly came to do an estimate for complete post construction clean up. Unfortunately we couldn't do all the correct clean-up things they suggested be done. We would have loved to, if it was possible for us. They worked with us to a second quote with the essentials cleaned - ceiling, walls, windows, floor. They could have come the day after we signed the quote, but we needed a couple days first - lol. The worked with us to throughout the whole process. They day of the clean up, they worked very hard and did an excellent job on the first 3. We had a misunderstanding about the floor. Reno's owner, Eric, was patient and understanding in my concerns about the floor and rectified the situation to my 100% satisfaction. We're very happy with our experience with Reno.

The did a great job removing wallpaper in several rooms and painting them. I am going to hire them again to paint a few more rooms.

Reno's paint crew did a great job. While the job was to paint the interior of the house, they also painted all exterior windows and doors. In addition the interior trim, kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity had a walnut stain. I had them paint all white and it looks great and gives the house a newer/updated appearance.

Great Service... showed up on time, busted down 3 large movable walls, and left the place cleaner than they found it. I'll be calling them the next time I have a job. Top Notch.
