From his admittance, he never touched the drain line and stated it was not replaced. This was not called to my attention, there were no pictures taken and he said it was a plumbing problem. He came with a worker who was a plumber on his team while he was there to do the work. He wanted to charge to fix what the issue was for $300, it was over 90* for 3 days in my home. He has insurance for protection and now he will not address me to help resolve this situation. He let his license expire and there were no permits pulled or inspections of the work. I have verified that with the permit department and state licensing board. There was water coming through an electrical outlet and there are several areas on the wall where water had dripped down and pooled. The first day he came out, he used foul language. I gave him an opportunity to respond and I would like to be fair in resolving the issues that have come up.

I had to have a completely new a/c unit installed and out. The boys came our looked at my unit for less then 5 minutes and then told me what was wrong with it. They were fast, nice, knowledgable, and honest every day people. I felt comfortable with hiring them the moment they explained to me what was wrong. Which I had a feeling all along, that my a/c unit was in bad shape. ( the last owners of my first house did everything wrong and cheap is an understatement to say the least ) Mr. Trahan and his son were amazing. They saw me on a Monday, started the installation on Thursday and stayed till them completed my job. Plus Pricing was amazing!

I have already recommended Rennovaire to a couple of people for when they need A/C work.

Hire this company! Prompt, thorough, honest. I have been looking at replacing my heating/a-c system for several years, but the bids have been outrageous. With Renovaire I now have a solid system at a sensible price. I am rarely thrilled, but these guys seem fantastic. Of course, will I feel that way in a year? We'll see, but I am pleased thus far.

The service agent was punctual, polite, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. No BS and AC jargon that I would not understand.
