Renovate Rite

Brandon Haley is taking peoples money and not doing any work. I had a contract with him in May 2021 and he never came to do the work...was able to recoup all but 6,000 that I wrote in a check to him for a siding upgrade. He ghosted me and no longer returns my calls or texts. I went to both locations and they are vacant, I am pursuing legal actions against him after giving him multiple chances to either do the work or refund the money. After a year-long wait, I said enough was enough. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR HIS COMPANY. There are a lot of others who have been taken advantage of as well....one person was frauded out of almost 90K. I am one of those BBB complaints and BBB can not get ahold of them either. The Attorney General office is going to investigate.

DO NOT HIRE RENOVATE RITE! They are fraudulent and not to be trusted. In brief, I need a new deck and decided to go to the 2022 STL Home and Garden show to look at what is available. We went to the Renovate Rite booth and decided they would be a viable choice. March 08th, 2022, my wife and I met, in my house, with Renovate Rite Sales Representative, Alex Musel. We discussed what we wanted and agreed on a price of $20,786.00 for the project. Estimate # 001334 was written up and electronically signed by Brandon Haley and me. Per our agreement check, for $10,393.00 was given to Alex in good faith. The check was cashed on March 11, 2022. After not hearing anything for three weeks, we called for an update. We called our sales representative Alex and left two messages. We also contacted their business number (314-942-7878) and received an automated message, I am sorry, but the person you called has a voicemail box that has not been set up yet. Alex finally called us back and redirected us to Brandon Haley. Brandon did call on Friday, March 25th, 2022, during our only conversation, he stated a contractor would be out in the next few weeks to take final measurements and give an exact timeline. On Monday, April 8th, 2022, we reached out to your Renovate Rite once again. We received the same lip service from Alex stating that Brandon Haley, would call us back. He never did call us back. We have tried to contact Renovate Rite by phone, email (contact@renovate-rite.com) and registered mail to two addresses associated with the company. One was delivered. The other, to the business address on my paperwork, has been forwarded. As of Friday, May 13th, 2022, no one has since contacted us by phone or email. To summarize this horrific experience: -As stated above our attempts to contact the company have been ineffective. -Brandon does not return calls or answer his phone. His phone mailbox is full and will not accept new messages. -There have been no attempts to arrange a timeline for completion of services. -There have been no attempts to arrange for a contractor to take measurements. -We drove to the RENOVATE RITE office at 2074 Concourse Drive. There was no one at the place of business. -The listed phone for the RENOVATE RITE does not work. -RENOVATE RITE web page does not work. I noticed that RENOVATE RITE has been in business a brief two years. Most recently in that time there have been numerous negative customer reviews for RENOVATE RITE cited online. All of which echo my experiences and frustrations. Additionally, there are two open civil cases in Circuit Court 21 in St Louis County and (16) negative complaints against Renovate Rite filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Brandon at Renovate-Rite.com was extremely easy to work with, gave a very fair and timely bid, provided insurance and bonding info, and got us on his schedule quickly. We had a house fire that required a complete new roof & trusses - a very complicated job. Renovate-Rite's Operations Manager Shane had his team onsite and knocked it out in amazing time. The building inspector and our insurance company both were impressed by the work - we're hiring Brandon and team again in the very near future for another project - Highly recommended.

Brandon and his team were extremely accommodating from the start of this process to finish. It turned out the decking was rotting and needed replaced which of course wasn't expected. The financing options this company is able to provide really helped us to right a major wrong. The quality of the materials and installation were outstanding Five stars to this small family owned diamond in the rough

We havd our windows installed throughout the entire home. A few months later notice one was cracked, in the basement, they quickly ordered and schedule to reinstall the replacement. Very kind and professional. We would hire them again.

They showed up on time they did a good job they clean up behind they self and I was pleased with the job with it was done

Everyone was very professional, customer service at the best, and the work is unbelievable. We could not be happier, many people friends of ours and people that drive by tells us how beautiful the home looks.
