Bathroom Designer Service
Poor communication, poor craftmanship and overall lack of concern for the customer experience. The owner/general contractor Colleen makes promises she does not keep. She lies about the status of materials being ordered and hires unqualified individuals to do the work she is trying to complete. In addition when there are concerns with the work being done she fails to return calls, emails, etc.
