They returned our phone call promptly.He came within two hours of calling and stayed until job was finished. The job required taking old heater out, taking to Lowe's, bringing new one home and installing. He didn't leave until job completely finished.

I called from out of town explaining that the AC was not working and my daughter's roommate worked in the Emergency Department at PCMH. Tripp's called promptly and scheduled a service call. The AC was fixed promptly and I was billed. Their trust in me and cooperation with an out-of-towner was wonderful and refreshing. I expected I would have to drive to Greenville with a payment at the time of service since I was unknown to them. Thanks!

They replied first thing the following day to our message left on their answering machine. Were able too detect problem and fix within half hour. Air conditioning was up and running by 9AM

Excellent attitudes by everyone involved in my project. They explained what needed to be done and they did it. When they entered my house they covered their feet with booties to keep dirt out. They knew their job very well and were precise in their movements. All mess was cleaned up before they left my property. I really enjoyed working with them. They are truly professionals! my house has been as hot INSIDE AS THE OUTSIDE was all month; I searched on the computer for someone to call. I came across your ad about Tripp Mechanical; called got an appoitment date. Both the first back anaylzed the problem; and made another appoitnment to secure the vents that had been unhooked from the main line. Both of the men were professional and very helpful. The first man was WadeC.D.D.came on August 3rd. the second man was J. B.....came on August 6th. Their work made my bhouse comfortable now. Thank You

Awesome. The technician was great. He knew what he was doing, was everything we were looking for in a company. The technician was polite, friendly and efficient. He took time to anwer all of my husbands questions and even listened to my 20 month old jibber jabber at him. Very profession but, very easygoing and laid back at the same time. We could not have asked for or found better. The best service we have ever had. Have had other service technichians with other problems(not furnace related)they were either rude or did not know what they were doing.OUR TECHNICIAN WAS AWESOME AND WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME.
