Do not hire these scam artists . Nothing but liars! They will do whatever it takes to get more money . If his name is Bart of klodi, run away! These guys cannot be trusted

He might sound reasonable sometimes, depends on how much work he has. But Oh Boy do not hire this guy and his team. Never finishis the job when promised. Does not care on how the job is done by his men. There is no consideration of finishing the job and no follow up if there are any complaints. Another thing, not reasonable at all. Everything starts with $1000.00, no matter how small the job is. Does sound like a new comer in this country, thinks that there are dollars hanging on the trees for him to pluck them.

Renovation Team LLC made a crapy job, last time that I talked to them they were rude and I said that I felt like they were playing with me he said to do my word. I want them to come to my house and fix it or make a refund as the guarantee that they provided to me was for 20 years and it is just two years

First off, we were totally ripped off. The owner could not have cared less when HIS guys botched the job. He did not even have the decency to come out and see what happened. Put his brother in charge who totally ripped us off ( per other contractors). Lied about having no footings, lied about questions we had while still on the job. Said whatever necessary to rake more money in and also demanded cash. I agreed and I will never make that mistake again. The piping for our sump pump was done incorrectly along with them placing an illegal drain by the sidewalk. We asked many questions throughout the project and it just felt like we were getting whatever answers sounded good to them. I explained to the owner that his brother ripped us off and crickets. What an unnecessary experience. Honesty and integrity get you a lot further. Promises not kept, calls unreturned, bad morals, and lying ways. You have been warned.

Bart and his team did an awesome job. They went above and beyond and they stayed true to their word. They made sure that every details in paving my drive way, walkway and the sidewalk was meant and they gave me some extra service with power washing and painting my steps. I’ll definitely recommend Bart’s service any time and any day. Bart is a gentleman and a scholar.

Bart did a great job removing old retaining wall and building a new one. Highly recommended for the work well done and responsiveness. Also worth mentioning is his fair, competitive pricing. Thank you!
