Rick was very professional and responsive when communicating. Showed up right on time, accurately estimated the time the project would take and there were no surprises in the bill. The job I had him do was an over-the-range microwave install and it went smoothly and on schedule, despite the less-than-perfect condition of the vent length and opening size. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Rick is super helpful and personable. Coordinated with tenants to get tasks accomplished and did a thorough job in installing a new bathroom fan, including the electrical and patchwork, and performing a sink repair. I had a section of fence that needed to be replaced, about 50 feet or so, and called 3 contractors. Richard was the first to respond, I sent him some pictures of the problematic section and the next day he came over to see it in person. He said he could do it in a few days, took some measurements, quoted me an estimate and I said do it. It was a good decision. He got it done in less time than he'd figured on so the final cost was actually less that quoted. I was surprised at that! He was very polite, always checked with either my wife or myself on some of the inevitable glitchy stuff that always comes up. I told him I'm holding on to his card. I'd absolutely hire him again.
