Project went smoothly. Results seem to be as I had hoped.

Service included plugging possible rodent entrances around the perimeter of the house. Seemed to have worked fine, though I think it is expensive (over $2000). Glue traps were placed in the basement. I was told that the service is guaranteed and if we have any further problems someone would come out. A few weeks later I found a mouse in a glue trap. I immediately contacted Terminix online & made an appointment. I was told that within 48 hours the appointment would be confirmed. It was confirmed 2 days later, but for the following day. Ok fine... but no one showed up. I texted and was told that the tech called out sick. That was last week. Supposedly someone was coming out today Tuesday but again no one. Bottom line, your guarantee is worthless.

It went well

A very nice young man came out and assessed the area and sprayed for bees. He said they should die from the spraying and we shouldn’t see anymore. He showed up on time and went around the house doing his job. Ethen was neat, clean and polite.

The service was great. Professional was very professional and efficient. but the payment system was frustrating to navigate for the homeowner.

The project went fine. My only concern was with the billing. I had given my credit card to pay for their services. I then got a bill saying it needed to be paid. I wrote the check and was getting ready to put in the mail when I got a statement from my credit card company showing the charge to terminex. I then called and after a short time was told my account was paid.

Did a greta job with inspecting the house.

The Terminex serviceman removed all three of the wasp nests and then applied a chemical to the periphery of the house. Glad the nests were removed!!

So far, obtaining an appointment went very well. Carleen was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was able to get an appointment scheduled within 3 days.

First guy they sent didnt do a good job at all and barely spent anytime.
