Julie has a very sophisticated sense of color and design. Her level of of detail and fine finish is remarkable. Plus she really cleaned the room when she finished, even the windows. Yes, I would highly recommend Julie for her fine work and professionalism.

Julie and her team did an outstanding job painting our master bedroom and bath. They worked very hard so we were able to get back into our room more quickly. The clean up was exceptional. We found no paint on our woodwork or hardwood floors. They were very careful with the covid risk. We used them to paint the outside of our home a few years ago and would highly recommend them to anyone for any painting job! Jim and Barb

RenuWall painted the exterior of our home last week. We were very pleased with smaller jobs they had done for us in the past and they had painted several homes in our neighborhood so we were familiar with their work. Julie and her crew were very professional, efficient and meticulous. We were impressed with how well they taped off our windows and any parts that were not being painted. They also were careful of our plants and shrubs. The guys were courteous and hardworking. Julie makes every effort to meet the customer's expectation. They do a final walk through with you to make sure everything is completed correctly and to take care of any touch ups if needed. Renuwall not only completed the job in just 3 days but did a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the final result and highly recommend them.

We have had an incredibly negative and unprofessional experience with this company. I am surprised and disappointed by that, given my positive first impression of the owner, Julie H. When she came to the house to give us her bid. I probably should have read the online reviews. Not the ones written by Julie herself (there are 3 five star reviews posted by her.) but her responses to customers who gave critical feedback. I think the way a business responds to customer feedback is a strong indication of the kind of business they run. Had I read the online reviews of Renuwall, especially the 18 or more that are not recommended, perhaps I would have heeded some warning signs that popped up after my first meeting with Julie. I did not, however, and she is now refusing to return or credit us several hundred dollars of our money because it was a non-refundable deposit. Julie never told us the money was ;non-refundable (quite the contrary). But the thing that upsets me the most is her refusal to even credit us for that money. According to Julie, we paid for a spot last year, (which we did not get), and now the money is hers. She claims we declined to paint, but that could not be further from the truth. The only spot Julie offered us last year was a last minute cancellation that was just two days away. We could not take that spot, in part because we could not get HOA approval on such short notice. So we asked Julie for another date later in the summer. We never heard from her again. Also, last week, Julie told us that Renuwall is no longer offering cash discounts, which I rather suspect is not true (except in our case), but as it was one of the reasons we initially chose to work with her, I wanted to mention it to all of her prospective customers. I am still hoping that the business will do the right thing and return our money. If they do, I will gladly update this review. Also, I realize that my review is only one of many, so you may still decide to work with this company. If you do, though, please make sure you get everything in writing. We made the mistake of trusting Julie s verbal promises to our detriment.

Professional staff, communicates exactly what is going to happen and the timing. Upon finishing for the day, the sight was clean and orderly. They made sure all plants, shrubs and items not to be painted were protected. I look forward to working with this team in the future.

Experience was one of the best Ive had with contractors! The whole crew were always on time, friendly and considerate. They strived to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the job. It was refreshing to have a contractor listen to what I wanted and not what they thought! Julie went above and beyond making sure I had the correct paint samples to test before ordering the final paint. She was always in contact, keeping me updated. She also gave me some great ideas for doing final touches! The house looks more beautiful than I could have imagined! I will be hiring RenuWall to paint the entire interior of my home. Definitely will be recommending !!

Knowing I was ill and out of town, they took the initiative to go beyond the painting job by suggesting, shopping for and replacing outdated light fixtures and burnt-out light bulbs. They treated my job with care as if I were a personal friend or relative. I trusted them from the get-go. They are very hard-working, honest people and I highly recommend them. You won't find another company who will jump in and do what it takes to complete your job as perfectly as they did for me. They went far beyond just painting.
