Unfortunately I have to update my recent rating since I discovered a flaw in the work that was done by Repair Management. The work performed shortened one of the stems to a valve that turns water on/off. I have left 2 messages over the past week and have not received any response.

Set time for them to come out and they rescheduled x2. When someone came out to attempted work, he caused more damage to floors. He temporarily PATCHED the damage he caused and was to come back and fixed the damage portion they made and completed original job requested. I left a dozen message and they never returned any calls and never came back out. NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I would definitely use this contractor again for future projects. I have recommended them to friends.

They came as promised. Did the work well and we have had much rain since and the door and adjoining rooms are dry. I would recommend them and use them again!

I was under a time crunch and they were able to come out the very next day after I called...less than 24 hours later. They billed for a minimum of 2 hours, even though the job took 30 minutes, but they did a great job. I would use them for larger jobs in the future, but I will use them again.

I love my new door. The whole team was good to do business with and I will certainly do more business in the future with them. A+++

men only worked 2.5 hours we are being charged 5. I have been trying to reach mr Alfonso but have not heard anything back as of yet. Job was scheduled for 9:30 am, workers did not get started until 1:40. Would like help getting answers on time involved. we were told the most it would be is 3 hours, of course that was a phone est, i would understand if it went over but we are being charged 2.5 extra hours.

Repair Management Co. was chosen to do my remodeling job (as I write this it is till ongoing, ahead of schedule and within budget!) - It included small stuff (changing the doors, taking the carpet) to big stuff (gutting 2 bathrooms, tiling, creating a new laundry room, building the bathrooms back up, working with sub-contractors, landscaping, etc.) Not only are they keeping to my very tight budget, but they are ahead of schedule. They always keep me informed on what is going on at the house, I do not live in the same city, where the house is located, so they send me pictures via email to keep me posted on the remodeling process. So far I can highly recommend their services for small and big jobs!

The owners of the company kept in almost constant contact with me and kept me up on every move where my job was concerned. The estimate and repair were completed in good time, weather permitting, and I am very pleased with the work. I would not hesitate to call them with any other needs I might have.

The drywall guys that came onsite did an excellent job. The job was larger than anticipated and they handled the extra work no problem.
