I called to complain about their technician showing up smelling like weed during lunch service , when I called to complain there was a man at there office heard in the background shouting an antisemitic remark. I hung up and hired a different servicer.

Do not hire this company. They do not warranty their works. The owner is a big douche!

I live in California and have a commercial property in Illinois that needed work to be up to code. The guys at RM understood my needs, communicated with me throughout the process, and met my deadline .....and their work was professionally done passing a city inspection.
