Window Frame - Repair
Horrible workmanship by unskilled team of Pat and his young workers. Paid in full, and the very first day no call/no show. Happened seven times over the course of two months for what should have been a day job. Pat was always full of excuses for for everything or just lies.. His team(his family) start late and if they do show up, always hours after the scheduled time. The kids spend 10 mins working, then 50 mins on their phone. Pat, who doesn?t drive and depends on them to drive him, sits around and watches them do a crappy job while on his phone. 8 he job not done 2 months later. I was charged $200 for materials and all he bought was one piece of trim board. He never replaced the wood casing on any of my windows as he was paid to do and instead I got wood putty horribly slopped on my windows. He even left rot that was supposed to be repaired, the trim board was not right size and he left gobs of spray foam everywhere. Didn?t clean up. He talks a good talk. Total scam..

There were a couple of issues with scheduling, however that was an issue with the Angi scheduling. The repair team found the issue with the leaky fridge in about 5 min. The problem and fix were fully explained and approved before anything moved forward. They were efficient and professional. Great experience.
