Replace My Floors & More/Robert "Rob" 1.) Tile was install 5 days later than promised. 2.) grout and mortar residue was all over the new tile and it took 2 hours to clean it up, before floor final shine finish could be added. Which was poor service, because other tile installed 2 years earlier did not have to have any of that extra time to add finish. 3.) was told that clean up would be done by RMFM, well that wasn't done either. 4.) was told if we were not satisfied RMFM would return to fix, well its been 7 days and no return call to fix problems found. 5.) door jams we're not properly laid. Cranked, at the door frame, tiles laid with extra grout or mortar not sure which. 6.) wasted grout and mortar 7.) poor time management 8.) basically got paid, then disappeared. Would not refer or ask RMFM/ Robert "Rob" to come back and/or to fix all their mistakes. We will have to hire someone else to finish the work.

The quality of his work was excellent. The only problem was he tracked glue on the engineered hardwood floor. He attempted to clean it with mineral spirits which did not work. We purchased a glue remover that worked very well. Rob came back to make a repair. I told him about the product and he said he knew about it but he didn't have it. I was to supply the materials and he was to install the floor. All he had to do was ask and I would have purchased it. So I had to clean all of the floors. Otherwise I am very satisfied.

Very professional

If there was a number higher than 5 on the ratings, I would use it. Rob showed up on time for both the consultation and the day of the work. He gave us a highly competitive quote, and the quality of the work was fantastic. I will hire him again for my flooring needs in the future!

Individual was very professional and completed the install in minimal time.
