Deck or Porch Repair
Lance gave a very competitive estimate and I went with his bid. The project took longer than expected, however, from a few days to a couple of months. The deck was mostly built within a week but I had to wait for Lance to complete the inspection with the city inspector. Fortunately, it passed inspection.
