Great company for garage doors

The two workers who replaced our garage door seal were pleasant, professional and did not try to talk us into any unnecessary repairs. I will definitely use them for any future garage door issues.

I'm am thoroughly impressed with Rescom. I've had an opener acting up for a quite a while and finally decided it was time to replace it. I first contacted the company that installed the door and was told he couldn't come out the same week that I called (no problem, totally understandable) but did say he could come out early the following week and would be in touch. I never heard back so reached out to our neighborhood FB page and Rescom came with high regards. So I called. Dan answered his phone on a Sunday evening and said he could be there Monday but I needed Tuesday of which he said either he or Lee will be there in the afternoon. Dan called me just beforehand to say Lee would be there to install the new opener. He arrived just as promised, was very professional, completed the job with no issues and removed all of the debris. Based on the above, rest assured I intend to let others know about Rescom (this isn't a paid advertisement).

One of the Springs on my garage door had broken. Dan was referred to me by a residential only company that did not have springs for a commercial type door that I had in my garage. He returned my call right away and traveled several hours to to check it out and though he did not have the exact spring to replace it, did an analysis that replaced the old springs with new ones that had the same power and a slightly higher life cycle count. Its early but he offered a warranty for the work and lifetime replacement of the springs.

Dan Tortola is very reliable. I called him and ordered my garage door from Menards. He penciled me in for the day the door was supposed to be in. Sure enough, it arrived, and he picked it up for us and installed it in a couple hours along with the opener.

Very efficient and honest

This company was great! I bought a garage door opener on a Monday and these guys came out and installed it Tuesday morning. They were professional, did a great job and I would strongly recommend them.

Garage door quit operating on a Sunday. I contacted Home Advisor the same day, expecting to hear from one of the recommended contractors the following day. I received a call from Dan that same day and we scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and replaced the opener. Everything was completed in about an hour. No second appointment was needed, and the cost was very reasonable. Less than I expected. I would absolutely recommend Rescom.

Dan came out same day to repair broken spring....completed the work in a short period of time.....also completed a tune up of the system to ensure proper operation....even did a repair of my second garage door at no charge.....would definitely recommend Rescom....outstanding job!!!

Dan cares about doing the job right. He answered my questions and set my concerns at ease. The installation of the entry door wasn't going easy, but i never saw him get visibly upset. And he didn't rush the rest of the job to make up for the extra time. I absolutely would recommend Rescom Door.
