Did not show up at our initially scheduled appointment. Rescheduled, they were 20 min late so I called, they said they were 10 min away, then never showed up. Tried calling them back, and it appears she blocked my number.

Alicia has a great personality and is a very hard worker. Fast too! I am bringing her back in two days for a final trash out before my move. She was also not judgmental about how bad I let things get. She is a real lifesaver!!!
