Rich Grant was the project manager and he is superb. One bathroom had new tile floors installed and shower update. The other bathroom was gutted and everything was replaced, all walls, flooring and shower tiled. I will never use anyone else for any remodeling, I have Rich on speed dial.

From beginning to end I can't say enough about the quality of service I received in the installation of a walk in shower. Having no clue of what would be involved Rich Grant walked me through the project from beginning to end. He was most helpful in the selection of tile, shower head, shower doors etc..As project manager, Rich stopped by everyday to check on the progress of the installation. Richard, the plumber, Wagner and Milton , who did carpentry, tiling and flooring installation all did excellent work and always left the workplace immaculate. The total price for the project was far less than what was quoted by other contractors and yet included more. (eg. shower doors). Rich treated me as a customer the way he would want someone to treat his family members. I would not hesitate to hire REO.COM again and would enthusiastically recommend the company to others.

They contacted me very quickly, set up an appointment for that day to install a new bathroom faucet, and arrived early for the appointment. We were replacing an old bathroom faucet In our older home and it turned out to be more challenging and took much longer than anticipated. They went over and above to get the job done and still charged me a very reasonable rate in spite of all the issues encountered in replacing the old faucet. Very happy with the response time and the quality of work and would definitely use them again.

In a pinch and need a plumber quick, call these guys. The quality was top notch, they were on time and finished the job quickly, no messing around. Two guys came to the house, both were very professional. I received a quote for 1 and 2 hours of work and they finished in less than an hour. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

He is a good guy. Very reachable and approachable. If work is not to your specifications he will come back and make it better then expected.
