After Installation I had a leak in between the gutter and the roof. I thought it was the gutter Installation, but through their thorough and diligent effort to correct the problem, they determined it was one section of the roof. Even though they are not roofers, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I am very happy with the final resolution. I will recommend them to others.

I hired this company a year ago to install SEAMLESS gutter on one side of my house. They were very pleasant and friendly, not cheap, but I wanted to support a family business rather than a large company. We barely had any rain last winter, so I thought they did a good job. This winter we have been getting tons of rain and I realized what a horrible job they did. The gutter was not at all seamless, but with a wide unsealed seam out of which water pours down the wall and into my garage, causing a lot of damage. I immediately took a video of it and reached out to Charlie Schafer, the owner, asking him to come back and seal the gap. I have called and sent emails to absolutely no response. He has ignored my communications completely. This is so disappointing and misleading, as they clearly advertise that all the offers are SEAMLESS gutters. I do not recommend this company to anybody. They will charm you at first and ignore you after their poor job is done. Its very upsetting, as they charge you top dollars.
