THE WEEKLY COUPON SPECIALS ARE A HOAX!
If you schedule Roto Rooter expecting to utilize one of the ?specials?, you?re in for a scam. As sure as the sun comes up, they?ll diagnose your issue as something else, therefore ineligible for the ?coupon?. I had root blockage in the main sewer line, which Roto Rooter had a $89 ?special?. The technician arrived and promptly (mis)diagnosed the blockage as under a toilet, therefore ineligible for the discount coupon. But?for $629 he could clear the blockage. I?d already seen what and where the blockage was, in the main line and absolutely should have been eligible. But I realized that the discount was a scam and no further discussion would be helpful. So we dug out the sewer line and sure enough, the blockage wasn?t at a toilet and was located in the main sewer line. I?ve got photographic evidence to prove it. Don?t be a sucker and choose a honest plumbing company.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
My 30-year old hot water heater broke. I contacted my home warranty repair company and, unfortunately, the timeline for service would have been 2 weeks out. That was unreasonable on many points. After waiting 4 days without hot water, I contacted ARS. First, they responded immediately. I set consultation for next day and the salesperson arrived on time, completed the consultation and arranged the install the same day. 2 hours later, two technicians arrived (Christian and Anthony) and WOW! From the moment they arrived until completion their execution, professional prowess and attention was beyond excellent. They kept me informed, removed the old equipment and installed the new upgrade flawlessly. I am so impressed with their performance that I am actually going to schedule my a/c, plumbing and routine maintenance with them going forward. I could say much more, but will in only one word--SUPERB! Many thanks.

I contacted ARS to install an Air conditioning and Heat system (HVAC) . Dave Chapman came and showed us all the equipment and upgrades needed for the project. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our needs. We would like to thank the Electrician for the extensive upgrade of the electrical panels. And the other technicians who replaced, along, with these Systems, the new vents, stairs to the attic and resolve issues with the noise coming out of one of the returns. Thank you Dave Chapman for returning all our calls and answering all our questions regarding this project. We are very happy with the efficiency of the HVAC and the quality of the work.
