I was very pleased with the service. The plumbers were pleasant and extremely capable. I particularly liked the attention to detail and a well finished job! Lines matching and thorough testing and safety measures put in place! An obsession for excellence and perfection that is so rare today.

Came to clear a clogged yard drain. Plumber came I'll prepared to deal with mud in yard drain leading to street. Used a "snake" meant for a sink drain, to clean out hair. Of course it failed. He tried for less than 5 mins., gave up, and then asked for $450 !!! They knew the problem in detail before he showed up, but failed to bring an auger and a high pressure hose. What a rip off!

The workers were wonderful, kind, informative, carefull of property and everything was cleaned up to the point of not knowing they had ever been there. Oh yea, they did all this in the pouring rain starting on New Years Day and finishing 2 days later also in the pouring rain. Great job Guys.

The service was done the same day and the worker was very professional. However, the cost to fix an outside water spigot was extremely overpriced around $800. Look around for more quotes before hiring Green star Home Services/Rescue Rooter.
