"As a company our customer's satisfaction is always our top priority. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. However, we did clean and clear the sewer line. When attempting to do so, we had to use a small cutter due to the fact that the full size cutter would not get very far into the line. After getting the line open with the smaller cutter we recommended a camera inspection. Upon running the camera, we found a large amount of roots in the sewer and also found a section of sewer cable not belonging to, Rescue Rooter Pros. At that point, it was explained to the customer what was found. All information was brought to the customer's attention while on site and documented on the signed invoice provided to the customer. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us. Yours truly, Rescue Rooter Pros"
