Plumbing Technician Dennis Poznyur did an outstanding job shutting/capping off a natural gas line servicing a gas dual fuel range in preparation for installing an induction range. Kudos to Dennis for very professional service.

Prescott came to my house early Sunday morning after having contacted his company the night before. The drains on one side of my house were not working. He first checked the septic tank and then walked me through the steps to clear the drain lines on that side of the house. I had previously located the cleanout access so he was quickly able to examine it. We tested the system and were able to see the blocked drain line, He ran his machine for about 10 minutes start to finish and the blockage was gone. We then then tested, and everything seems to work. It was completely professional from start to finish. They charged me $99 for the service. Plus tax.. They recommended I pump the septic system and I will do so early this upcoming week. After that, they will send a camera crew to run a camera down the lines. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have an issue.

He was here earlier than expected! He had all of the tools needed and went to work right away. At one point he needed a camera and one of his workers was in the area and he was here quickly. They worked well together and when they were done they explained exactly what was wrong and what would be needed to fix it. Very professional and we would definitely call them again for help.

Bryce and Eva were fantastic. I had a pipe rupture. I was in a panic. They walked me through the most effective way to shut off the water. They didnâ t provide the service to repair everything the next day. I asked if he could repair a toilet while he was here. He graciously took care of that as well. I could not ask for more.
