Work is overpriced, several thousand to replace 3 feet pipe, no more than 3 feet deep in the garden

5.0 Christopher L. Mercer Island, WA

I needed only scope and locate my 4" sewer pipe from an exterior cleanout to the house. Rescue Rooter gave me a discount for the work. John the plumber came out. He has 26 years of experience and was very knowledgeable and skilled at using the camera. I've been doing remodeling for 30 years including plumbing installation (drain pipes, copper water pipe repair and installation). In addition to using the electronic locator, he also went old school in using witching sticks to confirm the location of the pipes.

    5.0 Peter S. Bothell, WA

From customer service on the phone to the two technicians that showed up, it was professionalism all the way.

    4.5 Rachel P. Seattle, WA

    Professional, courteous and efficient.

    4.0 Tracey G. Seattle, WA

    Timely and efficient

    5.0 Jim F. Enumclaw, WA

We had a completely clogged kitchen sink. Alex Y. (the Rescue Rooter employee) is a friendly, quiet, patient, and highly professional tradesman. He wore protectors over his boots to keep our house clean, went into the crawlspace for a thorough check of the drain pipes, to ensure proper drain angle without any sagging pipes, all part of the free inspection. He gave us a firm quote on each of two approaches to clear the clog, snake or water-jet. While it wasn't chepa, Alex' quotes were well under the estimates from the RotoRooter rep (who did NOT inspect the pipes in the crawl space). We opted for the snake, and Alex did a quick and effective job. He also suggested a product we could use to prevent future blockages, and his price for that product was again less than RotoRooter's. Rescue Rooter also gives a 10% discount for seniors, or for veterans. Unfortunately, I couldn't persuade him to give me a double discount as a very senior veteran. Oh, well.

    5.0 Loren L. Kent, WA

The total experience was great. Jeovany looked the job over and answered all our questions professionally. He did the install himself. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Couldnâ t have asked for a better experience.

4.5 Azziem 'thedream' U. Renton, WA

The work was done with care and complete.

4.0 Richard F. Bonney Lake, WA

    It was a good experience

    5.0 Mike B. Tacoma, WA

    Great experience
