He picked up my request from Angi quickly, called me, and gave me a time when he would be there later in the evening. He explained everything he needed to do and showed me the video of the drain. He explained how the clog happened and hope to prevent another one. He also gave me an estimate on other plumbing work in the house. He was clean and respectful. I really appreciate him coming out at 8:00 on a snowy evening and taking care of an urgent problem.
