My father and I have seen Dave several times over the years to identify and resolve computer issues when we were unable to repair them ourselves. Dave is very knowledgeable and friendly, with excellent communication and fair pricing. Throughout the process of a job, Dave will continuously send updates throughout the repair via text, and is very thorough in his bug testing. One time that stands out to me was back in 2016 when I was building my first gaming PC. It was able to run but would consistently crash. After being unable to figure out the issue over several weeks (and also sending it to another PC repair place beforehand that also couldn't fix it), Dave was able to resolve the issue after a week. Turns out, it was a bad memory chip. He handled ordering and installing the new parts. Afterwards, I've seen him to replace faulty fans, installing new harddrives, and even repairing my laptop. Dave is great, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

David had to troubleshoot my HP mini tower PC. He kept me informed of the status. RescuedPC was able to successfully repair my PC by an extensive diagnostic procedure. A faulty USB port was causing a short circuit and blew out the internal fuse of the power supply. David was able to replace the fuse and also repaired the faulty USB port!!!
