Reservoir Home LLC

I had a great experience from start to finish. I worked with Jack, who was knowledgeable, patient, and able to answer all of my questions while helping me find the right solution for my needs. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and very neat. They completed the hot water tank installation efficiently and left everything clean when they were done. The unit itself has exceeded my expectations. It has a sleek matte-black design, can be controlled right from my phone, and delivers impressive performance for its size. It really punches above its weight.

Fast and competent installation. Awesome job guys!

Resevior has been great and helpful in getting our heat pump water heater installed. Jose, Joe and Max were fantastic installation technicians. Jose and Joe were very clean in there work and were thorough when showing me the features and maintenance of the water heater.

I woke up to a 12 year water heater leaking all over my basement. After reaching out to Reservoir, I was called immediately and given a great price for their smart heat-pump system. Their team removed the old tank and installed their product within a few hours after the first call. The product looks great, brings Nest-like features to our water heater, and is going to save us hundreds of dollars a year vs our old electric tank! 1000% recommend.

The Reservoir team did a fantastic job installing our new smart water heater, so nice to have consistent hot showers for our family of 5 in Maine! The system is sleek and even keeps our basement cool through the dehumidifier feature! After the install, we even got an awesome welcome box with water toys for our kiddos — very nice touch!

Jose was punctual, friendly, experienced, clean and thorough with his work. I would highly recommend Jose for any work you need!!!

They did a great job.

Jose is a problem solver! My bathroom pipes had been freezing and nothing seemed to work. Jose quickly assessed the situation, figured out a solution, and took the time and care needed to complete the job. He kept me apprised of each step and when he finished he explained everything to me. Jose has a sweet personality and was eager to solve my pipe freezing issue. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely hire Jose again!

It was a quick response, professional, and one part was replaced successfully. But there was a repair that he said was a quick adjustment, which he did in a couple minutes, but 4 visits later is still not fixed. Now I have to pay someone else to do it, so those $400 were not good value for me.
