Very knowledgeable and has skills to explain the problem by to the level of the person's understanding. Makes the discussion very friendly and hence more effective and productive. Had hired for inspection of my garage wall issues. I have to say I did not waste my money. Highly recommended !!

Glenn came within 24 hours of talking to me. We had just bought a house and wanteda nEngineers opinion about some structural issues the Home Inspector was concerned about. He informed us that one item was not a big deal, but to monitor it over the years. But another item which a contractor thought would just require 3 wooden 6x6s for a brace, was dangerous and laid out a specific plan to give to a (different) contractor to have it done properly.

Glenn Smith was a pleasure to work with. Communicated well, and extremely responsive. Helped us during our negotiations with the seller of our now new home that had a structural issue with its main beam. Worked with seller's structural engineers and contractors to implement Glenn's proposed changes and make sure we were protected and satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would use again!!
