Residential Engineering Services, LLC, takes great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers' needs. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. RES specializes in structural troubleshooting of foundations and wood structures. We provide full home and remodel designs with engineering stamped by a PE for permit plans. RES engineers are experts at finding creative solutions to solve your problems from real estate transactions to remodeling and new construction. We also perform foundation inspections/evaluations, structural inspections, permit inspections, plan reviews/specifications, and consulting on virtually anything in residential construction. We do not perform repairs or installs.

Very professional and efficient. Reviewed the structure and evaluated cracks to determine if there were structural issues. Pointed out that it was settling and not a structural issue with the foundation. Would hire them again.

Brad Huxol did a evaluation on my foundation and I was very pleased . Having that information put me in the drivers seat, the old saying knowledge is power. When it was time to hire some one I knew exactly what needed to be done. With this report in hand I was able t0 make a informed decision. Money well spent good job
