This was one of the best home improvement experiences I have had. My deck was damaged and needed repaired< i was was considering replacing it with a larger deck but was concerned with cost. Tim and his crew were able to make this happen and stay in my budget. Very professional, excellent communication, fast and awesome work. I cant wait to have friends over for a cook out to enjoy my new oasis! Thanks Tim and the rest of the crew. You guys are awesome. I highly recommend these guys. They know there stuff.

I hired this company to hook up my dryer vent (no brainer just not capable myself). They did charge the minimum $189.00. But Tim the owner told me he would owe me 2 hours, so I told him I was in need of a plumber at my other location, he said sure I will call you in 2 days and set that up. He has yet to call and does not answer his calls or return his messages.

We had a large project, broken into three smaller ones: teardown a wall, painting, and installing hardwood flooring. The wall teardown was the best part. They made sure it was up to code, adding in needed support. Friendly and professional perfectionists that took pride in their work. Flooring was done by a different crew, and some things had to be taken care of by Mike & Tim after them. But the floors look amazing. Tim made sure we got exactly what we wanted, which I don&apos;t think was necessarily easy for him.

This company took a deposit, made a promise to start work within a few days. They misrepresented the way how they want to reface my cabinets, they do not want provide examples of doors and drawers. Now they ask me to wait 4-6 weeks for refund of my deposit. This company did not treat me well.

Hired to repair a corner section of drywall in the garage. Contractor came out and discussed in person what was to be done. On the first visit they replaced the wrong side of the garage. On the second visit they replaced one side of the correct corner, but failed to fix the other side (2 inches maybe). Contractor stated they would fix this but has failed to show up to do so when promised. Still trying to get them to return my calls.

The technician did not show up with paint or supplies to finish the job. He did not have money to go and get the required materials, and I had to go and purchase the materials. The plaster work was good but due to the paining I had to hire a second person to repaint the entire ceiling.

I inadvertently did not give accurate details of the scope of work. Mr. James advised his technician to complete the work necessary on the spot readjusting his quote and there was no delay in the project. Fair equitable and professional response. I would recommend him 100%

He showed up late constantly and did not fix my simple roof leak. He told me the work was guaranteed but when I called him back to redo the work he rescheduled and then did not show up. He could not be reached from this point. Totally unprofessional and tool my 190 bucks without fixing the problem. I would advise everyone to use someone else

Company not totally prepared for job - person came with no protective covering for my hardwood floors and carpet. I had to provide.

I am the misled Paul G. from one of the two verified reviews. I hired this company in an emergency and did not have the luxury of time on my side. Residential Home Pros (a misnomer) reacted very quickly but the work performed was disgrace to the home repair industry. Tim, the owner, admitted it himself and scheduled another repairman to make the corrections. Once Tim left the work site he completely bailed on the repairs and never returned any of my numerous phone calls. Residential Home Pros is a disgrace to the industry and I highly recommend NOT doing business with them,
