Mr Jay Scott was very professional from the start. He came in and separated the old gas line that I couldn't and installed the new oven effortlessly. Every answer was polite, yes sir , yes mam. He quickly cleaned up the few things that he used for the job. It was a great experience

I use Residential Maintenance of MS for all of my home needs, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The owner, Jarrid, is incredibly kind, professional, and always communicates clearly. What stands out most is his sense of urgency he gets things done quickly without ever sacrificing quality. Recently, he replaced my wall-mounted oven, and before we had even finished our conversation, the job was already done. I’ve never had to call him back to fix anything his work is always done right the first time. I recommend his services to all my friends and family, and he’s always the first person I suggest whenever someone needs reliable home repairs.

Jay did amazing work! He went above and beyond to make sure that my dishwasher was properly installed and was working correctly!

He communicated well and arrived on time. He was able to install without damage to my over 15year old cabinetry. He even stayed over an extra 15-20mins to show me how to use it.

Both professional and courteous . Excellent communication setting up a time for the work to be done . He had to make a second trip out because the correct attachment was not included . He never complained but shopped for the connection and came back out the next day to finish the job. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to work with .
