A trusted friend highly recommended John, and that was the reason we first met. I had a crisis in residential project which required both architectural and structural helps. Couple of architects I talked didn't want to take it or simply charged huge amount money which could kill the project, and they don't have all the skills. Without any hesitation, John jumped into the project, and he save my project. He is a solid strategic thinker and truly a rare breed: exceptional licensed experience in BOTH architecture AND structure; entrepreneurship which always put customer's interests as first priority. On top of that, he's extremely creative. He always on top of things and really willing to go the extra mile to make customers success.

We had home inspection completed by Residential Realities Professional Engineer, John in Sept 2016. The entire process from initial contact, coordinating an inspection date between us (the buyers) and the sellers, completing the inspection, follow-up conversations summarizing findings with both parties, and report completion took less than a week! John was professional, thorough, knowledgable and able to explain each bit of the inspection with ease. We accompanied him during the inspection (Approx 2hrs) and he addressed each concern we had and provided practical suggestions for any issues discovered. His report was well written and addressed immediate concerns, and those that would need to be addressed in the future. Both the inspection and the report exceeded our expectations for what we expected for a general home inspection. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Excellent, excellent service.

John is truly amazing. I was in a really tough situation related to my home where we found some major foundation issues during our final walk through. The sellers were being difficult and wouldn't even let us into the property. John was simply exceptional - he offered to look at pictures we had and asked a lot of questions to give us an informed view of what he though the problem might be. He spent close to an hour talking on the phone and answering all my questions. Best of all, at the end, he didn't take any payment for his advice as it was on the phone. Truly a very nice guy that wants to do good by you. I would hire him in a heartbeat.
