Hi had a roof repair on my mobile home and had problems getting it completed . Scot called me and had it looked into and was taken care of. I would recomend this company and will use them again for whatever I may need in the future. They stayed on the job till it was done right.

Beware of lies! I had a contract with Residential Renovations to complete a roofing project on my newly purchased home. After a month of not starting the project, Scott Pratt called and informed me that there would be a price increase of 4,500$ due to Covid-19 and material cost increase. I informed Scott I would call the manufacturer of the product and see about the pricing increase. I did, in fact, call ATAS Roofing and was informed there was NO PRICE INCREASE. After informing Scott he then changed to that they miscalculated the roof and cost associated...even with a digital measurement and multiple emails confirming the price and measurements were correct. The next time I spoke to Scott he was curious if I was in construction....Probably because I caught him in a lie about product cost...but maybe Im just a well informed customer that does her due diligence on product cost and information. Scott refused to communicate with myself, or make the official request to the bank, through email, about the price increase or adhere to the contract he signed to start work within 30days. I hate to think of how many individuals Scott has tricked into believing there is a material price increase due to Covid. Stay away and use an honest company!

The owner, Scott Pratt, SR., came and talked with us. Scott is very honest ! As potential customers we felt very comfortable and at ease discussing our projects with him. He explained everything straight forward and in a friendly manner with no pressure at all. We have recommended Residential Renovations to our neighbors and friends who have told us they have projects planned. The company from the beginning to the end were very professional and if i had a concern they answered my questions. I would recommend this company for sure.

The two craftsmen know their business.Very polite, continence, I was surprised they showed up at the sight in a timely fashion. I was told it might be a few weeks. I am happy to get the work done before the weather gets bad. Great job. Thank You, Bernard Zbikowski

I was unhappy with how they calked the windows.

Left nails on roof as well as a hammer. Did not cleanup very well. Work that was done was good because roof does not leak. Customer interaction was great. Left cigarette butts all over my property.

Allen was very courteous and knowledgeable. I inquired about other jobs I need to have done in the near future. I will definitely call them again

i didnt do the siding but i did hire them for my metal roof ... wonderful job very impressed on how fast they worked and what a great job they did... very easy to talk to and owner helped us every step of the way to get it all done and by the time we were finished i felt like we were family. crew was wonderful mannerly professional and really nice guys .. will hire again to do the windows gutters and siding .. in fact they have all our work on our home

These guys came out in very cold weather and completed the roof in a very professional way, I was very impressed how they all worked together and got the job done. Also the sales person was very understanding about the costs and made the price where it needed to be so that the roof could be afforded but not cheap. I do thank you

Extremely prompt. Straight-forward with regard to estimates. Very resonable and competitive prices. The General Manager keeps in touch to ensure the work is performed timely, completely, and to the customer's satisfation.
