Two I's Home Inspection, LLC

John was absolutely incredible! We had spoken prior and he was straight forward, honest and caring. There was a previous inspection completed within 6 months and he felt that he would be taking advantage of us but would be more than happy to complete a new inspection. Our lender didnâ t require an inspection so this was just for our knowledge. Boy am I glad I went with John! While the inspections showed many of the same things, John took his time, ensured there were no plumbing leaks, found numerous more issues and documented them accordingly. While I canâ t say the first inspector didnâ t do his job correctly, I will say there were many things that shouldnâ t have been missed. John was communicative the entire time, providing expectations of what the process would entail and even followed up a week afterwards to ensure we were 100% happy! Not only is he an outstanding business man, he knows his stuff and I would be proud to call him my friend. If you need someone on your side during a home purchase, John is the man for you!
