Chad of Residential Solutions provided excellent service and was willing to work with us for our bathroom project. The ceramic floor tiling work went very well. The bath tub refinishing did not go quite as well, but he was willing to make it right with us. We plan to remodel our kitchen this summer and Residential Solutions will be first on our list to do the work.

there hasn't been any snow yet that he's removed, but i purchased a gift certificate through him for my parents. Chad was super attentive and responsive and got back to me immediately. He followed up w/ gift certificates sent electronically, and sent a receipt right away. I hope that his snow removal service will be just as excellent as his customer service!

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings - Install
Chad was very prompt in contacting me and completing the trim work. He did a pretty good job of matching the wood and finish to existing door moldings. The install was fast and the price was fair. Overall I would use Residential Solutions again for future projects.

Chad got back to me right away and showed up right on time. The job wasn't done exactly how I had wanted at first but Chad listened and had everything done to my satisfaction.
