Rob recommended going with a pre-hung door, rather than just putting a new door in the old frame (which is what I was planning). It was definitely the right choice. It went in beautifully and works perfectly with all new hardware. I will definitely call on Rob again when I need help with home projects.

Rob took care of several small projects, including carpentry which included several compound miters, installed a sink, painting, faucet repair, installed a screen door, plumbing and performed all very well, some which other handymen either failed at or said were impossible. We found Rob to be capable, professional, courteous, fair and left the work area clean when a project was finished. What more could you ask for -- give him a call.

The appliance companyâ s crew that delivered our new washer and dryer damaged the threshold of the door between our laundry room and the garage badly enough that the door would not close. The company that installed the doors and windows when our home was built could not provide a replacement threshold since it was an integral part of the door frame and our design had been discontinued. Solution â replace the entire door frame. Cost â around $600 to $800. Rob Kelly of Residential Solutions came to out check out the problem and indicated that he thought he could locate a threshold part that would fix the problem. He came back today with a threshold topper that, while not identical to the original damaged part, was a perfect replacement. Looks like the original, the door closes properly and the cost was about a quarter of what we would have paid to replace the door frame. Rob is a really â can doâ and creative person. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home. We highly recommend him for any jobs you need to have done around your home.

Rob was on time, extremely polite, professional and quite the perfectionist. I had him do some electrical work replacing existing ceiling light fixtures with new ones. He made sure it was done to his standards (excellent) and my preferences. I would hire him again as well as recommend him.

Rob returns calls. Is courteous and reliable. He arrives on the day he says he will be here. His work is neat and clean. Everything and more that you could ask for in a handyman.

Rob was very professional, on time, and pleasant to work with. He went the extra mile to locate a specific color of grout that most stores didn't carry, and special ordered it when he found it. He was able to match colors perfectly. His prices are extremely reasonable. We will definitely recommend him to others and will be calling him for our next project.

Rob Kelly of Residential Solutions came in to estimate and replace appoximately 70 linear feet of base boards that were shrinking and separate due to water damage. He was very polite and professional, and he did all of the work including locating and acquiring matching base boards and trim paint. His work was thorough, top quaility and performed in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone in need of handyman services or other home repair jobs.
