Resilient Roofing installed new asphalt shingles on our home. From the meeting with their sales representative to conclusion of the project we were very happy with Resilient Roofing. As with any construction project, there were a few issues along the way but things were addressed/resolved quickly and professionally. The company is very ethical, credible and workers are skilled.

LOVE MY ROOF! I was so in need of a new roof - it should have been replaced 10 years ago. RR worked really hard to get me the loan, and then the roof. I have an old house, and we ran into a few major issues, but they got the roof on, and I couldn't be happier. The extra costs were painful, but not RR fault. The crew was very respectful, on time, hard working, and actually pretty fun to deal with - especially since I had old roof issues. They got me through all of it with a smile on my face. Would highly recommend this company.

The process of finding a company to do your remodel is much like picking a surgeon. You may have no clue how its done or maybe you did some research and have an idea but certainly not the ability or skills to do it yourself. You must find someone to do it and then live with the results. At the start of my first web search I asked myself “How do I pick a company I trust?” Honestly, with so much out there, I feel like I got lucky and found the needle in the haystack. I can say with much relief that Stel Builders reshaped our home into one we are very happy to live with. Stel Builders is a team that cared about our family and at every turn wanted us to be happy with the results. Seth, the architect and owner, listened to the problems and needs we had to overcome then designed a plan for our home and patiently explained it to us. We were included in the design process and felt we had some control over the outcome. Brian, the senior project manager, made sure it all got done right. He let us know what was happening every week so we could manage our lives around it. When things happened that you can’t plan for like rain in San Diego during the framing of our addition, Brian was there for us. Every tradesman that came to our house was hardworking and knowledgeable. When all was done and we shook hands I was only sad about missing them. My husband, of course, was not that sappy. He was very happy to have a quite house, well, as quite as it can be with 3 girls.

Seth and the whole team at Stel has always met all of our expectations. We recently finished our 2nd project with them. They have an incredible level of creativity that has been so much fun to work with over the years. Our last project was an addition to accommodate our aging parents on a single level of the home and turned out great, our current project was a complete remodel that we achieved the same level of quality and design creativity just like we did before. They have always been able to find solutions for our projects even with budget constraints. They have a fabulous sense of how to design around existing conditions so you really feel like that new part of the house was always there. They really do listen to you and take into account how a family really lives. A+ keep up the good work!
