We had a leak and Mike came out and fixed it the same day! His prices are very reasonable also.

He was quick to respond and was able to come out the same day. That’s was most helpful! He did an extra good job getting limbs off our roof.

It’s always good to have people that care about their craft, I was impressed with the work. Provided insight on other deficiencies, worked in a timely manner, respectful and fair priced. These guys here are the ones to call.

Mike and his crew came out to give an estimate on leaking roof. He determined the cause immediately and charged me a reasonable price to repair the small leak. Overall, I was satisfied with the quote, repair, and fast response in fixing the leak in my roof. I was glad he did not overcharge and was reasonable with fee. However, my problem with Mike is that he did not keep his word. While determining location of the roof, Mike went up into the attic and caused a hole in my ceiling. He assured me that he would come out within the next two (2) days to repair after I agreed to pay him to repair ceiling. That never happened. I contacted him, via text, to remind him. I received a response of "Yes, ma'am." To date, I have not heard from Mike. I believe good business is also standing by what you say and keeping your word. That's only reason for 3 stars.

I cannot recommend Resilient Roofing & Repair enough! I noticed a leak in my ceiling while it was raining and called them on a Sunday. Michael, the owner, answered the phone himself and was able to come out that afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely down-to-earth. He quickly found the source of the leak, which was a loose vent and a screw that had come up, and repaired and caulked it. I also asked him to look at a few other areas of the roof I was concerned about, and he ended up replacing three shingles and fixing another loose vent. He gave me a very affordable estimate! What impressed me most was that he never tried to pressure me into replacing my roof. I was upfront that I know the roof will eventually need to be replaced but that I can’t afford to do that right now, and he completely understood. He focused on fixing the problems I actually had and was incredibly fair with his pricing. I also asked him how much life he thought I had left in the roof, and he estimated about four more years. When I asked what I should expect for a replacement when the time comes, he offered to do some satellite imaging of the house so he could get a better view of the roof and give me a more accurate estimate. I really appreciate that he was willing to help me plan ahead instead of just trying to make a sale today. It’s rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and genuinely cares about helping people. I will absolutely be calling Michael again when I’m ready for my roof replacement, and I highly recommend Resilient Roofing & Repair to anyone who needs roofing work.

Let me start by saying he is honest and true to his word.. Mike made a repair to my siding and roof. It looks great. My quote was verbal and it was exactly what he quoted me.. He and his crew were courteous and cleaned up after they were done . I would highly recommend him.

Michael and his crew did a great job! They showed up on time and offered to make the repairs immediately following the estimate. They ended up doing more work than originally thought needed however kept the estimate price the same. Fair price, 7.5 hrs nonstop hard work in the middle of the summer heat, and gave a hand with a personal project as well. I would hire him again.
