The roof was put on 07/03-05, 2025. This went well, although my bedroom ceiling leaked. We had a heavy rain, and although the roof was tarped where the work was not finished, water damage occurred. I was assured this would be resolved. Gutters were installed sometime end of August or beginning of September. There was a delay, because the main gutter man had an accident. This work went well. The fascia and soffit men came to install and to also fix my ceiling sometime in October. That is the last time anyone has been here. The fascia is ok, but three pieces of soffit have fallen out, and now squirrels are running in my gutters. I have spoken with the owner, emailed the office, texted pictures of what needs finishing all to no avail. I filed an insurance claim due to a tornado May 16, 2025. My house wasn t hit by the tornado directly, but extremely high winds occurred that made shingles fly off. Hail damage was accessed as well by Riverside Roofing. So, insurance paid for this, other than $1500 deductible. I paid $2550 for new wood for the roof decking because of previous wood damage. The work started out well, but it has completely fallen apart with no explanation given. Two homeowners on my block were going to use them for new roofs, but not anymore.

They were very responsive, coming the same day to survey the damage. They gave me paperwork with insurance, license, etc. first thing. There was no pressure and lots of patience with questions and exploring options. They were able to waterproof the hole that day and scheduled the repair in a few days. They were responsive to messages with questions, clarifications and times of arrival. They did an excellent job in a speedy way, which I really needed. I would highly recommend this business.
