Resolute Painting

They painted several older items of furniture (e.g., bookcase, chest of drawers, hutch) after having patiently and carefully helped us select the exact colors to fit each item. They worked thoroughly so as not to leave any mess as they painted and finished these items in our garage. They were cheerful and polite, well-spoken, and did a fine, professional job for us. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in a fine job of painting, reasonably priced. They were very easy to have around while they worked.

Brian Sullivan was our painter. He missed spots on the walls. He brush stroked around the wall vents and light switches which looked very tacky. He was supposed to remove our flat tv from the wall and did not resulting in a huge unpainted spot behind our tv. He was late everyday and never called or texted to let us know. He left my foyer light hanging out the ceiling on a Friday. When he removed the paint tape out the kitchen overhead, he pulled off half the paint. He was supposed to do some patch work and he never filled holes or sanded the areas down and now we lumps in the wall. Overall, a super horrible experience. Not professional at all. Do not waste your money.

Project: Paint Exterior House Surfaces and Patio Deck Dealing with Patrick from Resolute Painting was a great experience. I hired Resolute Painting to repaint all the exterior wood surfaces of my house and to recondition the patio deck. Last time I had the house painted was more than ten years ago and by now all the exterior wood boards/panels (located around the roof, doors, windows), the porch spindles, and the shutters were dirty, even moldy in some areas. The house doors needed to be repainted, and the patio deck was a disaster. Patrick spent quite a bit of time with me to assess the house condition and determine all that had to be done, providing me with detailed explanations about the job to ensure all my requirements were met. That is when I realized how professional he was about his work, and totally gained my confidence. Patrick thoroughly prepared all the surfaces by removing some of the attached hardware and power washing the house, the deck, and even the driveway, then scrapped and sanded all the surfaces as necessary. Removing all the loose paint, cleaning and prepping the deck was an extremely tedious job. Patrick was on top of everything, paid close attention to all the details, and did not skip any steps in the process. The quality of the work performed was exceptional, I could not be any happier. I would recommend Patrick anytime to anybody in need of similar services.

They know the painting business prep everything was great

We hired Resolute Painting to repair and paint our large garage door and to paint 3 exterior house doors the same color. Resolute was great to work with. Patrick came out and carefully explained what they would do to scrape, calk, restore and repair the garage door, and walked through the rest of our project with me. He then gave me a bid for the project that was less expensive than the 2 other bids I had received. They showed up on time, were great to have around, and took great pride in their work. They were very professional and excellent in every phase. When they were done Patrick walked it all through with me again to make sure we were satisfied, cleaned everything up meticulously, and left us with a great result. I'll definitely hire Resolute again when we want professionals who will do a great job.

I am extremely happy with the whole experience of having my home painted by Resolute Painting. Very prompt, extremely neat, pleasant people and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They did work above and beyond!
